Ownership Structure
The company is a subsidiary (89.19%) of Citychamp Watch & Jewellery Group Ltd., a luxury goods company traded on the Hong Kong stock exchange. The bank's key employees have to the option to participate directly in the success of the business, thanks to an attractive employee ownership model. As a result, employees currently hold 1.84% of the shares of the bank. 7.92% of the shares are held by BENDURA BANK AG itself and 1.05% by third parties.
