Mag. rer.soc.oec. and Dr. phil. from the University of Innsbruck with studies abroad in Great Britain and Russia. Since successfully completing his doctorate in economic policy in 2008, he has been working for BENDURA BANK AG. Initially as Head Private Banking Italy and from 2013 as Head Institutional Clients. Appointed to the Executive Board in 2019 and appointed Chief Customer Officer (CCO). In October 2022, Markus Federspiel was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In this role, he is responsible for overall bank management as well as the Market and Sales divisions. At the same time, Markus Federspiel heads the leading front teams as well as the Human Resources, Marketing and Office Management departments. Markus Federspiel has been a guest lecturer at the Leopold Franzens University in Innsbruck (Austria) for many years and is also a member of the expert commission at the University of Liechtenstein. In addition, he represents BENDURA BANK AG in numerous international networks such as BAFIT, ITC and IPG International.

After his studies at the University of Liechtenstein (M.Sc.) and a semester abroad in Finland, he worked for several years in private banking in Austria. He has been working for BENDURA BANK AG since May 2014. Initially in Asset Management and from 2015 as Head of Trading & Treasury. At the beginning of 2022, Mr Ludescher was promoted to Division Head, followed by his appointment as a member of the Board of Management in October 2022. As Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), he is responsible for Trading & Treasury, Wealth Management, leading front teams and strategic issues. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Chartholder and has completed the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) training.

Since 2015 working for BENDURA BANK AG. Initially in Trading & Treasury and from 2016 as Head of Payment Transactions. From 2018 he built up and managed the Hong Kong Representative Office until he was appointed Member of the Executive Board in October 2022. Prior to that, Mr. Forster worked in private banking in Austria for several years. As Chief Customer Officer (CCO) of BENDURA BANK AG, he is responsible for leading and developing a significant part of the customer service offering. Philipp Forster holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Economics from the FernUniversität in Hagen, Germany. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and Project Management Professional (PMP) Credential Holder.

Stefan MÄDER joined BENDURA BANK AG as Head of Accounting & Controlling in 2009. In 2017, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this function, in addition to accounting, controlling and reporting, he is also responsible for the bank’s securities administration, payment transactions, master data management, payment and custodian services, information technology and process management. Prior to this, Mr. MÄDER worked as an auditor in the financial sector for one of the big four auditing and consultancy companies. He started his professional career at two Swiss cantonal banks. Stefan MÄDER is a certified auditor and qualified business economist (FH).
