Stefan MÄDER joined BENDURA BANK AG as Head of Accounting & Controlling in 2009. In 2017, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, he is responsible for accounting, controlling, and reporting as well as other back office departments. Prior to this, Mr. MÄDER worked as an auditor in the financial sector for one of the big four auditing and consultancy companies. He started his professional career at two Swiss cantonal banks. Stefan MÄDER is a certified auditor and qualified business economist (FH).
Philipp FORSTER, MSc, CFA

Since 2015 working for BENDURA BANK AG. Initially in Trading & Treasury and from 2016 as Head of Payment Transactions. From 2018 he built up and managed the Hong Kong Representative Office until he was appointed Member of the Executive Board in October 2022. Prior to that, Mr. Forster worked in private banking in Austria for several years. Philipp Forster holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Economics from the FernUniversität in Hagen, Germany. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and Project Management Professional (PMP) Credential Holder.
DR. MATTHIAS WAGNER, M.A.

Since 2024, he has been serving as Chief Risk Officer at BENDURA BANK AG. In this role, he is responsible for the areas of compliance, legal affairs, risk management, and customer data management. Prior to this, he worked for, among others, the LGT Group AG—an international private banking group based in Liechtenstein, the Financial Market Authority Liechtenstein, and the law firm Marxer & Partner.
During his time at the Financial Market Authority, he represented the Principality of Liechtenstein in various European Union bodies, including the European Banking Authority, the European Securities and Markets Authority, and committees of the European Commission.
He holds academic degrees in Law (Magister iuris) and Business Law (Magister of Business Law), as well as a doctorate in Law (Doctor iuris) from the University of Innsbruck (Austria), with study visits in Freiburg (Germany) and New Orleans (United States of America). Additionally, he completed a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Leadership (Master of Arts) at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern (Germany).
He is also currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of BENDURA Service GmbH. In addition, he lectures as a guest speaker at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and at the University of Liechtenstein. Furthermore, he represents BENDURA BANK AG in various committees of the Liechtenstein Bankers Association.
Thomas LUDESCHER, MSc, CFA

After his studies at the University of Liechtenstein (M.Sc.) and a semester abroad in Finland, he worked for several years in private banking in Austria. He has been working for BENDURA BANK AG since May 2014. Initially in Asset Management and from 2015 as Head of Trading & Treasury. At the beginning of 2022, Mr Ludescher was promoted to Division Head, followed by his appointment as a member of the Board of Management in October 2022. As Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), he is responsible for Trading & Treasury, Wealth Management, leading front teams and strategic issues. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Chartholder and has completed the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) training.
