FIDLEG Information for Clients Resident in Switzerland

According to Article 74 of the Swiss FIDLEG, disputes concerning legal claims between clients domiciled in Switzerland and a financial services provider should, if possible, be settled by an ombudsman institution within the framework of a conciliation procedure.
